Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish or similar oven-safe dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the cream cheese mixture and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and all of the mozzarella cheese. If using blue cheese, add it now.
  5. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level. Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for smooth mixing. Recipe can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake.
