- Sauté the Base: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Notes
Mash a small portion of the beans before adding for extra creaminess. Use pre-cooked shredded chicken to save time. Remove jalapeño seeds for milder heat or leave in for spicier chili.
