  • 15 ounce can chickpeas (drained but NOT rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F
  2. Spread the chickpeas out on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes, until they turn golden
  3. Transfer the chickpeas to a small bowl, and toss in the olive oil, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and lemon pepper, so the beans get nice and coated
  4. Spread them out on the baking sheet again, and bake for 5 more minutes. Let them cool until you can comfortably handle them before serving

Notes

Make sure chickpeas are thoroughly dried after draining for maximum crispiness. Store in airtight container for 3-5 days. Can be refreshed in oven if they lose crispness.
