- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven heats up, shred your cooked chicken using two forks or your hands.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and optional blue cheese if using. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with sliced green onions and optional chopped celery. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For parties, use the slow cooker method: combine all ingredients (except garnish) and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Adjust spice level by using mild, medium, or hot buffalo sauce. Can be made 24 hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
