- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese. The chicken can be rotisserie chicken, leftover boiled chicken, or even canned chicken for convenience.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. If using blue cheese crumbles, add them now for extra tangy flavor.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For maximum flavor, use well-seasoned chicken. Adjust buffalo sauce amount based on heat preference. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours, then baked with extra time when serving.
