Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese. The chicken can be rotisserie chicken, leftover boiled chicken, or even canned chicken for convenience.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. If using blue cheese crumbles, add them now for extra tangy flavor.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.

Notes

For maximum flavor, use well-seasoned chicken. Adjust buffalo sauce amount based on heat preference. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours, then baked with extra time when serving.
