  • 3 large eggs

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes until lightly toasted. Let it cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar, then sour cream, and incorporate eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of caramel sauce into the filling.
  • Gently fold in the sliced apples.
