Healthy Halloween Snacks

Delightful and nutritious snacks to enjoy during Halloween, combining fun with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup of granola or mixed nuts (unsweetened if possible)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 cup of orange carrots (cut into sticks)
  • 1 cup of cucumber (cut into slices)
  • Edible googly eyes
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spoon Greek yogurt into small bowls or cups and add edible googly eyes on top for spooky creatures.
  2. Slice the banana and use the yogurt as a base, placing banana slices on top for ghosts, adding blueberries as eyes.
  3. Cut the apple into slices, cutting a small wedge to form a mouth and using granola for fangs, adding fruit for eyes.
  4. Make veggie sticks with carrot and cucumber slices to represent different monster parts.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt for sweetness if desired.
  6. Arrange the snacks on a platter and serve fresh.
