Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  2. Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to overmix to maintain texture from the fresh fruit.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet, forming small clusters with space between each.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the clusters are completely solid.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
  6. Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each cluster using a spoon or piping bag. Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set the chocolate, then transfer to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Customize with different fruits like blueberries or raspberries, add protein powder for extra protein boost, keep frozen for storage, use milk chocolate for kid-friendly version, and use cookie scoop for uniform clusters.
