Easy Halloween Party Foods

Delight your guests with spooky and festive Halloween snacks that are easy to make and sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of hot dogs
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • Mustard or ketchup (for eyes)
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (for decoration)
  • 1 bell pepper (green) (for stem)
  • Crackers or veggies (for serving)
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • Stick pretzels (for standing)
  • 24 Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses
  • 1 cup orange icing or chocolate icing (for decoration)
  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Green frosting
  • Candy eyes
  • Colored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it.
  3. Cut the dough into thin strips (about ¼ inch wide).
  4. Wrap each hot dog with the dough strips, leaving a small gap at the top for the eyes.
  5. Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet covered with cooking spray.
  6. Bake them for about 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
  7. Once cooled slightly, use mustard or ketchup to dot the top of each hot dog for the eyes.
  8. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
  9. Add green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  10. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and put it on a serving plate.
  11. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm.
  12. Before serving, add a small piece of green bell pepper as a stem.
  13. Peel 4 bananas, cut in half, and dip into melted white chocolate.
  14. Place the bananas upright and add chocolate chips for eyes before chocolate hardens.
  15. For the Witch Hat Cookies, place cookies upside down on a baking sheet, add icing, and press a Hershey’s Kiss on top to form the hat.
  16. Decorate the hat and allow the icing to set before serving.
  17. For Monster Cupcakes, prepare cake mix as directed, bake, cool, and frost with green frosting, adding candy eyes and sprinkles.
