Delicious Curry Chicken Salad with Grapes

A refreshing and protein-packed curry chicken salad with grapes, perfect for lunch or dinner.

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Red Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 medium Granny Smith Apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash the grapes thoroughly and halve if large.
  3. Chop the celery, green onions, and Granny Smith apple finely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and apple. Stir gently to mix.
  5. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, turmeric, ginger, and salt.
  6. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and fold gently until well-coated.
  7. Fold in the sliced almonds.
  8. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor. Adjust spices to taste, and feel free to customize with fresh herbs or other ingredients.
