Ground beef or sausage (or substitute with ground turkey, plant-based meat, or mushrooms)
Chopped onion (or substitute with shallots or leeks)
Minced garlic (or garlic powder)
Canned diced tomatoes
Low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
Lasagna noodles (or any pasta variety or gluten-free pasta)
Ricotta or cottage cheese (or substitute with Greek yogurt)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (or substitute with parmesan or vegan cheese)
